Finally, someone who will put the customer needs first! I thought I was sitting ok with insurance as I went online and signed up myself, only to find out there were many things I didn't understand which created major gaps and I was paying way too much. Great! They reviewed my policy and I was missing very important coverages for my state (WIND...in Texas...on the coast!). I had no idea. I thought well the price is going to be way more. Nope. THANK YOU is not enough. Our state (TX) has been hit by a lot of storms so the insurance prices have gotten so high. We got our renewal and it was crazy. It went up 42%.

When we first were moving to Laveen we needed insurance on the house we were buying there. We reached out to neighbors there in Laveen for suggestions on insurance as we needed help FAST as to not hold up our closing. Melissa contacted me and said that she would help. I was referred to this place for my life insurance. My wife is pregnant and I needed life insurance. I searched life insurance Arizona and ended up getting bombarded with calls. I asked around and a friend of mine suggested this place. I sent an email and they replied right away. I was referred to this company by a friend of mine. I had been looking at life insurance but I have health issues and I knew I wasn’t going to be able to get it. We have been a customer of Melissa's for years. When we first met her she took over our policy from our retiring agent. We had not spoken to him in years. We paid our premium but never really understood what we were paying for. She came out and met with us and found a lot of areas that were not relevant to us but were on our policy and also a lot of areas that were not covered. She quickly fixed that and insisted on checking in with us in a year to make sure everything was still up to date. You could tell she cared and wanted to make the "wrong" of not having anyone look at our policy for so long right. She is definitely one you want to have on your side (And not on the opposite side because she is a saucy one!).
